The Centers for Heart Failure Therapy and Transplantation at Emory University Hospital and Emory Crawford Long Hospital provide state of the art evaluation and therapy for adults with problems ranging from asymptomatic left ventricular function to advanced heart failure and congenital heart disease. We strive to be premier providers of patient care in an outpatient setting.

Our customers include our patients and their families as well as our referring physicians and the community. To the patients, our primary customer, we seek to provide a clinical setting where comprehensive evaluation and treatment is convenient and easily accessible. To the patient family, we seek to be family centered in our approach to therapy and education. To referring physicians, we seek to be a clinical setting where a collaborative partnership is practiced to determine which mode of therapy would best benefit the patient. To the community, we seek to establish a partnership for the promotion of wellness.
