What We Do
Emory Physical Therapy offers a complete range of services for patients needing rehabilitation services due to an illness or injury. After evaluating and assessing your needs, our staff will set up an individualized treatment program and instruct you on preventative measures to help keep you from re-injury.

Hours are by appointment only and require a referral from a physician. When you call to schedule your appointment:

• Provide the name of your referring physician
• Nature of the problem
• Insurance company, claim number
• Employer's name (for workers' compensation claims)
• Phone number
