The Mission of the Clinic Ambassadors is to represent The Emory Clinic at all times, taking pride in serving our patients with the highest level of customer service.

Clinic Ambassadors are available to assist you with any questions, needs, or concerns you may have about your visit to The Emory Clinic.

Clinic Ambassadors can assist you in the following ways:

• Address questions or concerns you may have about your care.
• Serve as a formal grievance mechanism for you and your family.
• Receive compliments for outstanding physicians and staff members
• Assist you in exercising your health care rights.
• Clarify The Emory Clinic policies.
• Provide information about advance directives.
• Bridge the gap where you feel your expectations have not been met.
