What to Expect on Your First Visit

Most Emory Executive Physicals are completed in a half-day. For your convenience, we offer most tests within the same building. All components of the exam are coordinated and managed by the Emory Executive Health staff. Prior to your visit please print, complete and fax a copy of the pre-scheduling worksheet. The worksheet is available for both corporate accounts and self-pay individuals.
