OUR MISSION STATEMENT: To provide patient-focused service and compassionate support with the goal of "making people healthy".

The Emory Clinic is committed to providing a positive patient experience. Within a couple of weeks after your visit, you may receive a survey in the mail from Emory Healthcare.  You will be asked to complete the survey and return it via mail with a postage paid envelope provided to you. We encourage you to take a few minutes to complete this survey as your feedback is important to us. The information you share will help us learn how we can further improve the quality of care you and your family receive.

Under the direction of Ruth Alligood, Manager of Patient Relations, The Emory Clinic Department of Patient Relations includes the Office of Patient & Guest Services and our team of Clinic Ambassadors.

  • Clinic Ambassadors are on site and are available to assist you with any questions, needs, or concerns you may have about your visit to The Emory Clinic.
  • Patient Services responds to concerns relating to medical care and service within The Emory Clinic regarding patients and families.
  • Guest & Transportation Services are available in Buildings A, B, and C at the 1365 Clifton Road location to assist you.
  • Patient/Visitor Guide will provide you with information to help guide you through your visit with The Emory Clinic.
  • About Emory We are part of Emory Healthcare and the Robert W. Woodruff Health Sciences Center of Emory University.
