Sleep Center

Make an Appointment

If you suffer from a problem getting to or staying asleep, or with daytime sleepiness, you are not alone. In fact, you belong to a group of over 70 million Americans who either have trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, staying awake during the day or excessive daytime sleepiness despite getting an adequate amount of sleep. A consultation with a sleep doctor may be the first step for you. You can self-refer to the Sleep Clinic by calling 404-712-7533 with your insurance card available for reference.

Is this visit related to hypersomnia specifically? If so, please read our page on hypersomnia.

We cannot take self-referrals for a sleep study. If you received a physician consultation and a sleep study was recommended, please have your provider fax over our Request for Services order form along with office notes documenting your symptoms to fax number 404-712-8145 prior to calling to schedule.

Learn more by reading our Sleep Study Brochure.

First Visit

We ask you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Please complete the new patient sleep questionnaire prior to your appointment and bring it with you. Be sure to make a note of the location for your appointment as we have multiple doctors and locations.

Locations

Emory Sleep Center offers an array of services in our multi-disciplinary setting. There are 10 sleep board-certified providers and two nurse practitioners among the three office locations. An eight-bed, accredited hospital-based sleep lab is available to conduct overnight sleep studies. Home sleep apnea testing, an ambulatory test where patients wear the device overnight to diagnose sleep apnea, is available at each office location. Our DME/CPAP services are available as well.
