Emory Healthcare is launching a new community-focused initiative called Wellness Walkers, designed to encourage physical activity, promote wellness and connect walkers to vital health resources.

Jarvis was a marathon runner who suddenly found herself diagnosed in her 50s with a rare genetic form of heart failure – and in desperate need of a transplant. Thankfully, she came to Emory.
