EUOSH Pre-Operative Joint Replacement Online Class
REGISTRATION REQUIRED
Pre-Op Classes are Scheduled:
- 1st Thursday of each month from 11:00 AM EST – 12:30 PM EST
- 2nd Tuesday of each month from 6:30 PM EST – 8:00 PM EST
- 4th Saturday of each month from 11:00 AM EST – 12:30 PM EST
Please Note: If class date falls on a holiday, date will be adjusted & reflected in class dates located in registration drop-down box.
Instructions for Registration:
- Please click on the links above for your desired class schedule
- You should be able to complete the form and register for the class. If a password is prompted, then please enter below:
- 1st Thursday class = 644938
- 2nd Tuesday class = 005490
- 4th Saturday class = 560126
- If you are a care partner, please enter patient name as attendee for the first and last name. Otherwise, enter your name in the care partner space
- Once you click Register, you will receive a confirmation email. This will include the Zoom Link for those attending online.
