All Emory Healthcare hospitals will operate as normal this week to ensure seamless patient care, including any scheduled surgeries. Our teams are working diligently to prepare for the potential weather event, as we keep the safety and well-being of our patients, families and team members top of mind.
Most Emory Healthcare outpatient clinics and ambulatory surgery centers will be closed tomorrow, Friday, Jan. 10. Patients that have outpatient clinic or outpatient surgery appointments tomorrow will be notified of the closures via text or phone, and will be rescheduled as soon as possible.
A few clinic locations will remain open for critical treatments, including: oncology and non-oncology infusion, radiation oncology, dialysis and reproductive endocrinology. Appointments for patients in these specific clinics will be confirmed by their care teams.
