Request Access to Emory Healthcare Link
Step 1: Complete new site request.
During this step, a New Site is being requested. Open "Request a new site" and follow the prompts for the New Site and the New User(s) information.
One Site Agreement is required to be uploaded per practice location.

Step 2: Request a new user.
During this step, a New User request is being submitted for access to Emory Healthcare Link.
*If your site already has access to Emory Healthcare Link, contact your Site Administrator to request an account. The Site Administrator can use the Emory Healthcare Link Site Admin tool to enter requests for all new users.
*If your existing site no longer has a Site Admin, submit the request for a New User, open 'Add a user to an existing site', follow the prompts for entering the new user information and upload a Site Agreement identifying the new Site Admin.
Please note that each site is required to have at least one Site Administrator and recommended to have at least two Site Administrators.
