Refer a Patient

When you refer a patient to the Emory Heart and Vascular Center, he or she is still your patient while in our care. We want to work with you to ensure the best, most appropriate decisions for your patient’s specific needs. We’re available to discuss each case, and we’ll keep you informed with regular updates on condition, care and progress. We’ll share records, reports and images with you, so you will have the full clinical picture on which to base future care decisions and communication.
