Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Statement
Our residency programs have implemented the following initiatives to drive equitable outcomes for our patients and families, our people, and our community:
- Implicit bias training for preceptor and residents participating in recruitment
- Outreach to pharmacy schools with high percentages of underrepresented students in the profession of pharmacy
- Outreach to professional pharmacy student organizations that support underrepresented students
- Utilizing objective rubric for a holistic application review
