The Emory Difference

Life at Emory Healthcare

In 2023, Forbes ranked Emory Healthcare no. 45 (out of 500) in its America’s Best Large Employers. In Georgia, we were the highest-ranked health system.

We attribute this recognition to the fact that we live our values:

  • We exemplify excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
  • We treat everyone with respect, caring, and compassion.
  • We embrace diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • We steward our resources responsibly to optimize value.
  • We serve with integrity.

While we’re proud of the national ranking, we’re prouder of who our people are and what they do for our patients and communities every day.
