PGY1 Pharmacy Resident

Melat Endashaw  

Dr. Melat Endashaw is from Tucker, Georgia. She completed her pre-pharmacy coursework at the University of Georgia, where she also received her Doctor of Pharmacy. After her PGY1, she intends to pursue a PGY2 in infectious diseases and ultimately practice on an inpatient consult service. Outside of pharmacy, Melat enjoys spending time with her friends and family in the city along with traveling, shopping, and staying active. She also likes trying out new restaurants and recipes!


Katie Williams

Dr. Katie Williams is from Woodstock, Georgia. She received her Bachelor of Science from Reinhardt University and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Mercer University College of Pharmacy in Atlanta. Kaite aspires to complete a PGY2 in ambulatory care and practice as a clinical specialist in a large academic institution where she can be a preceptor to pharmacy students. In her spare time Katie loves going for walks outside, spending time with friends and family, doing puzzles, and cheering on the Atlanta Braves at Truist Park.

Gabrielle McCammack

Dr. Gabrielle McCammack is from Peachtree City, Georgia. She completed her pre-pharmacy coursework and received her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Georgia. Following her PGY1, Gabrielle plans to pursue a PGY2 in oncology with the goal of becoming a board-certified oncology clinical specialist. Outside of pharmacy, Gabrielle enjoys traveling, volunteering, exercising, and spending time with family and friends.

Riya Shah

Dr. Riya Shah is from Tampa, FL and attended the University of Florida where she majored in psychology. She also received her Doctor of Pharmacy from University of Florida College of Pharmacy and completed her PGY-1 training at Bay Pines VA Healthcare System in St. Petersburg, Florida. After completing her PGY-2 residency, Riya hopes to become a board-certified clinical specialist in an area she finds herself to love during her PGY-2 training. In her free time, Riya enjoys trying out new coffee shops and restaurants, spending quality time with friends and family, and cheering on the Florida Gators (Go Gators!).

Benjamin Edouard

Dr. Benjamin G. Edouard was born in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. He completed his undergraduate coursework and his Doctor of Pharmacy at Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University. His professional interests are in Administration. Upon completion of his PGY2, he aspires to be a Pharmacy Operations Manager. Hopes to use that experience to transform inpatient pharmacies within the hospitals of Haiti. Benjamin enjoys going to church, partaking in anything outdoors, and quality time with his family.


Brooks Patterson

Dr. Brooks Patterson is from Blairsville, Georgia. He completed his pre-pharmacy coursework and received his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Georgia. Brooks is completing the PGY-2 year of the PGY-1/2 HSPAL residency program at Emory University Hospital Midtown. After completion of his residency, he intends to practice in an area of pharmacy leadership in some capacity within an academic health system. In his free time, Brooks enjoys spending time with his wife Tara and their two cats, trying new restaurants and breweries, walking on the beltline, and cheering on the Dawgs, Braves, Hawks, and Atlanta United.

EUH/EUHM PGY-2 Infectious Disease

Daniel Rogers

Dr. Daniel Rogers is from Lawrenceville, Georgia and attended the University of Georgia for his pre-pharmacy coursework as well as his doctorate of pharmacy. Daniel completed a PGY-1 pharmacy residency at Emory Saint Joseph’s Hospital and is continuing his training through a PGY-2 infectious diseases pharmacy residency at Emory University Hospital Midtown. His professional interests include precepting pharmacy students, antimicrobial stewardship, and infectious diseases in special populations. Outside of the hospital, Daniel enjoys trying new restaurants in the Atlanta area, watching UGA football, and playing drum set and bass guitar.

EUHM PGY-2 Oncology

Reem Ghandour

Dr. Ghandour is a Board-certified Clinical Pharmacist (BCPS) with three years of experience in Internal Medicine and Pain Management. She completed her PGY-1 at Piedmont Columbus (GA) and did a PGY-2 in Medication Use Safety and Policy at Wellstar Health System in Atlanta, GA. By completing another PGY-2, this time in oncology, she aspires to gain a deep understanding of the field of oncology, build stronger clinical and research skills, and grow as an educator and administrator. Upon completing this program, she hopes to join a major academic medical center where she can continue to provide evidence-based care for her patients while contributing to the advancement of the field of oncology through patient-centered research and benevolent teaching. Outside of work, Reem enjoys baking and spending time with her husband and two daughters - often at one of the many parks in Metro Atlanta. She is also an avid traveler with 19 countries visited so far, including multiple visits to a few favorites.


Sophia Lee

Dr. Sophia Lee is from Suwanee, Georgia. She obtained her BS in Chemistry and Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Georgia. Following this, she completed her PGY-1 pharmacy residency at MedStar Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC. Her practice interests include hematologic malignancies and bone marrow transplant. After finishing her PGY-2 oncology residency at Emory University Hospital Midtown, she aims to become a board-certified clinical specialist at an NCI-designated cancer center with opportunities to contribute to research and precept learners. Outside of pharmacy, Sophia enjoys exploring new restaurants and cafes, traveling to new cities, photography, and reading.


Emily Park

Dr. Emily SeongEun Park is from Duluth, Georgia. She completed her BS in biology at Georgia Institute of Technology and received her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Georgia. Emily completed her PGY-1 Acute Care Pharmacy Residency at the University of Michigan. After completing her PGY-2 Hem/Oncology Residency at Emory University Hospital Midtown/Winship Cancer Institute, Emily intends to practice as an oncology pharmacist where she can give back to the community and continue to learn and grow. In her free time, Emily enjoys exploring new coffee shops and restaurants, and loves to travel as time allows. 


Mattie Kilpatrick

Dr. Mattie Kilpatrick is from Nashville, Tennessee, and attended Auburn University where she majored in biomedical sciences and Spanish. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy from Auburn University Harrison College of Pharmacy and completed her PGY-1 Specialty Pharmacy residency at Emory University Hospital Midtown. After completing her PGY-2 Oncology residency, Mattie intends to become a board-certified oncology clinical pharmacy specialist at an institution where she can precept learners. Outside of pharmacy, Mattie enjoys traveling, spending time with family, friends, and her dog and cat, doing puzzles, watching Jeopardy!, and of course cheering on her Auburn Tigers (War Eagle!).
